If the warning triangle appears on your pictures, it indicates low image resolution, potentially leading to blurry or pixelated prints. It’s advised to use higher resolution images (300 dpi) or adjust picture box sizes for sharper images. However, you can still proceed with lower resolution images if preferred.
The average processing and shipping time for orders is typically 7 business days, although this duration may vary based on factors such as order volume and chosen shipping method.
Once an order has been placed, it is final, and no changes or cancellations are permitted. This is because the order has already entered the product-making process.
We accept most credit/debit cards and Touch ‘n Go (TnG). Additionally, selected countries may offer the option of online banking.
Currently, we do not provide scheduled deliveries with specific timing. Our standard deliveries are scheduled for weekdays. If you need a delivery at a particular time, please reach out to the Courier Service Provider to arrange accordingly.
